Rebecca Stewart is a survivor of a traumatic childhood, a caretaker to her mother, and cheerleader to those that can’t see the light at the end of their caregiving tunnel. It was in her caregiving that she experienced the lowest emotional pain of her life. In this place, she had an experience with the power of God that gave her the strength and guidance to find inner freedom in her caregiving, and was called to share her 10 Steps to Finding Peace in Caregiving model inside her memoir Unbinding Love and course 10 Steps to Finding Peace In Caregiving, but also build a community through her content creation on her podcast and YouTube channel Cheering Past Challenges.

Cheering Past Challenges is a community designed to empower caregivers that once felt powerless. The community seeks to step out of the burden, anxiety, and stress of caregiving and into the freedom and inner peace found through the 10 Steps to Finding Peace in Caregiving pillars: faith, grace, surrender, and hope.
If you are seeking to find inner peace in your caregiving know you are welcomed into the Cheering Past Challenges community with open arms. Raw, yet relatable illustrations by Miriam Cavanaugh.
