Phil Towle is a self-titled "Performance Enhancement Coach" most notable for his work with the heavy metal band Metallica, lead singer/guitarist James Hetfield, as shown in the documentary Some Kind of Monster. In it, he is shown working with the band through the process of the loss of longtime bassist Jason Newsted making their eighth studio album St. Anger.

Towle has contracted with music labels, baseball teams and other organizations when their high-profile "talent" needs help. Since 1997, his clients have included Rage Against The Machine/Audioslave guitarist Tom Morello, Stone Temple Pilots, Tennessee Titans defensive lineman Kevin Carter, NFL coach Dick Vermeil and others.

He is no stranger to the music business, having been in partnership with Zane Ashton (aka Bill Aken) in the early 1960s. Their record label 'Lan-Cet Records,' although small, released records like 'Tomorrow' by Gary Usher, and other records now considered to be milestones in the history of rock and roll. (Including an unusual one by the former governor of California Goodwin J. Knight) "He Was A Mean Dragon" is still being marketed by Ace Records in England and on iTunes and may very well become the longest selling novelty record in rock and roll.

“All my life I have planned worked hard, and have been very blessed. Now I really just want to give back and help others learn to do the same.”

Tim would tell you that he got off to a slow start. After growing up in the rural town of Portola in Northern California and barely graduating high school, Tim Rhode found himself at the age of 25 workings as a grocery clerk with two young children to provide for.

He eventually found his “niche” selling real estate; and from 1986 to 2000, he sold over 2,500 homes, and from 1997 to 2006 he invested in over 100 properties. Tim focused on saving money, keeping his expenses low, and playing solid “financial defense” which allowed him to basically retire, and he was financially free at the age of 40.

Not wanting to play hike, bike, or ski all day, Tim threw his energy into his true passion: helping people thrive and live their most fulfilling life. He founded the nonprofit 1Life Fully Lived to help people of all ages gain the tools and skills they need to thrive and also co-founded GoBundance, a high-level mastermind, with David Osborn, Pat Hiban, and Mike McCarthy to help healthy, wealthy, generous people lead epic lives.   We have a women’s tribe now!

Tim has also authored numerous books and has been featured on a variety of podcasts and media outlets.  He now lives near his children in the High Sierras with his wife and dog.

Ryan, with the help of his wife Jackie, started his own chiropractic and massage clinic nearly a decade ago and was your typical, enthusiastic new business owner, but as time went by the chains of running a business were starting to get to him. Ryan was slowly realizing what so many of you may be experiencing in your own jobs; that he was not a business owner, but a business operator! He was a slave to the business he had created and found that when he wasn't present the business wasn't making money - this meant no vacation, no sick days, and no time with family. And if he got seriously hurt, his family would starve.

He had created an active income business for himself while dreaming of a passive income business.

This realization immediately put the wheels in motion for him to explore various paths of wealth creation that were more focused on passive income which leads us to where he is today with Airbnb and short-term rentals. Ryan short-cutted his learning curve by studying other successful individuals and perfecting their systems into his own. He started with a few thousand dollars to put towards it and within 18 months was a top-ranked rental powerhouse within his community - and you can be too, easily!

One of Ryan's gifts is being able to distill knowledge down so that it's easy to understand and better yet ACTIONABLE - come join us!!!

Kathryn Richardson is the founder of YearCheer, a holiday subscription box that each month contains the items that help busy families connect while decorating for and celebrating holidays. She calls it every mom’s secret weapon for creating holiday magic.

Katie created YearCheer as a solution to help women like her – a corporate retail executive and mom of four kids under 10 – eliminate “mom guilt” and create magical memories with their families, all without the time or mental energy of planning those moments. The idea came after her kids asked, “What are we doing to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day?” and she realized she had nothing in the house and it was too late to run to any stores.

Each YearCheer assortment is holiday-specific, including decor items such as balloons, banners and tabletop items; a children’s book; and additional crafts, activities, or games. Moms have told Katie that the fun “lasts for weeks.” Launched December 2019, YearCheer has shipped to 45 states nationwide, receiving five-star reviews from its customers, such as, “YearCheer boxes allow me to make the holidays special for my family without a lot of time or emotional energy.  Highly recommend.” YearCheer has been featured on the television show Las Vegas Now, NBC10 News Boston, “The Product Boss” podcast, and many blogs.

After graduating from Northwestern University, Katie spent 20 years in the retail world managing teams of up to 175 people and businesses worth up to $900 million for top brands such as Target, Old Navy, GapKids and Under Armour.  Katie lives with her husband and four children in Maryland.

Nigel Guisinger is passionate about small businesses. Having purchased, started, and saved businesses in multiple industries, Guisinger believes that the best way for real long-term wealth growth comes from creating businesses and jobs that support the local economy. Guisinger paid for his degrees from Oregon State University by working construction for a local excavation company. This lead to a career in the equipment rental industry where he worked with thousands of businesses to solve their project needs. This included saving his largest customer by purchasing a share of the company when they were struck by the downturn of 2008-2009. The investment in the glass company saved over 100 jobs.

In 2013 after seeing his town affected by the downturn Guisinger heard countless people say “somebody needs to do something” one too many times. With that Guisinger purchased a small appliance store and grew it from 350k annual sales to over $9m annual volume in a four-year period. At the same time, he started a home building company, a property holding company, a development company and has now acquired 6 more appliance stores. Guisinger has also done multiple apartment rehab projects out of state. Guisinger has purchased via SBA loans, conventional financing, creative financing, private lending, owner carried finance, and buying a business via an equipment loan.
