Tamar Hermes is a full-time Real Estate Investor, educator, and

Tamar grew up poor as the child of a Holocaust survivor and had no idea how people got rich. By chance, she stumbled upon Real Estate investing and became obsessed with the world of finance. Tamar’s Real Estate portfolio is extensive today and she coaches clients across the country.

Dr. Sophie Lorn Clifford ND is the founder of LiveWHOLE Wellness, epigenetics nerd, and one half of a wife-husband real estate investing company called Elevate Equity.  
 
She guides busy successful people to live in their peak state of optimal health, longevity, and resilience, so they  can focus on their superpowers to achieve everything they want out of life and leave a bigger impact on the world. Without being held back by disease, fatigue, pain, or being one of the 93% of high performers that are NOT 'thriving'  (according to Gallup Research), her mission is to get you to the 7% who thrives. 
 
Today our society struggles with a vast array of health problems that may be preventable with lifestyle modifications: Type 2 Diabetes, heart disease, weight issues, eczema, inflammation, cancer, and metabolic disease just to name a few. She is devoted to helping high performers piece together symptoms and patterns of imbalance in order to promote confidence and guide them towards their own optimal wellness. In addition, she challenges everyone to place their healthcare in their own hands to ensure each person understands the "why" behind every recommendation. 
 
She believes every person deserves the chance to be educated about their bodies and minds in order to achieve the level of health they desire and the lifestyle that allows them to do what they love with more freedom, joy, and ease. Dr. Lorn was born in Cambodia, where natural medicine plays a pivotal role in daily living. She studied biology and human development at the University of Texas, Austin, and received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle followed by residency at True North Health Center in Santa Rosa, CA. Her favorite part of the work she does is meeting people from all walks of life and backgrounds. Everyone has a unique story and she is excited to hear yours.

Rebecca Stewart is a survivor of a traumatic childhood, a caretaker to her mother, and cheerleader to those that can’t see the light at the end of their caregiving tunnel. It was in her caregiving that she experienced the lowest emotional pain of her life. In this place, she had an experience with the power of God that gave her the strength and guidance to find inner freedom in her caregiving, and was called to share her 10 Steps to Finding Peace in Caregiving model inside her memoir Unbinding Love and course 10 Steps to Finding Peace In Caregiving, but also build a community through her content creation on her podcast and YouTube channel Cheering Past Challenges.
 
Cheering Past Challenges is a community designed to empower caregivers that once felt powerless. Mandy McAllister is a multifamily real estate investor, mindset ninja, eternal learner, coach and dot connector.She has a Master’s Degree in Economics, began her professional career at the Chicago Board of the trade before transitioning to Medical Device Sales. After many years of “chasing commission,” she has made it her mission to secure financial freedom for her family and others through syndications and coaching individuals to realize their personal potential.

Her real estate expertise includes repositioning underperforming assets to increase cash flow and value. Her portfolio is currently comprised of205doors, primarily B-class workforce housing. Mandy has found success in college towns with student housing as well as urban centers. Her passion is to help others define their path to financial freedom especially women through her platform, AspiringWomen Achieving More.

She is most proud to be mama to her hilarious5-year-old son Duncan who, coincidentally,wants to be a real estate investor when he grows up.
